A central part of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is it’s use of practical techniques or ‘tools’ to challenge negative or distorted thinking, and in turn improve an individual’s wellbeing, mood and mental health.
I have added the tools that I use in session with clients for free public use. I have organised them based on their applicable disorder, but some can be utilised for different treatments.
